About the single:
How did you come up with it?
Unlike most of our earlier releases which were all conceived in our makeshift home studio, the initial idea for Tell Me Something was made over phone recordings on WhatsApp. Abraar had a chord progression which he sent over to me while I was busy interning in Bangalore, I came up with the hook in an Uber while traveling to and fro from work.
What is the song about? What can you tell us about the theme?
The song takes you on a journey through the highs and lows of modern relationships.
Theme:
The verses give a nocturnal vibe with simple yet relatable lyrics that transitions into a catchy energetic chorus.
Why do you think it stands out?
The song brings out the best elements of both Pop and EDM. Catchy lyrics, unique synths, pitched and modulated vocals. The song is versatile and easy on the ear.
What more can you tell us about the single? (anything you’d want to add or something we’ve missed out)
Just like the song, the video portrays cal in a different light. Some of the locations include leather factories in Tangra, club Boudoir and aesthetic lanes of salt lake city.!!

2) Spin Factor (your past releases and where): Our first EP : Slight Touch a collection of 3 distinctly unique songs very dear to us is available on all major streaming platforms.
3) Inspiration (musicians): Arctic Monkeys, Jeremy Zucker, Lauv and Chet Faker are few of the artists that inspire us.
4) Biggest achievement in your musical career: Converting a dream of making music into reality.
5) Backstory (how did you get to the position you are currently in): Between the hustle-bustle of a bank job and the struggles of a college student we met on a football pitch
6) A comment about being Indie in Cal:
Cal is one of the only cities which appreciate art in any form which is why we are humbled by the support we get for a genre that isn't mainstream in our culture.
7) What lies ahead in your journey?
Over the past 3 months, we have been working very hard to complete 2 singles which we believe have immense potential. We're in the process of planning and releasing an international music video by the end of this year!
8) What are the highs and lows about making music in the city?
‌lows - As independent artists with a small budget making a style of music which isn't yet popular among the local music labels and Patrons, Marketing/promoting our music is a big roadblock.
‌high- Being one of the few artists to bring electronic pop music to the city we have received overwhelming support from our local listeners which leads us to expect that there is huge potential for this style of music in the city of joy..
